Complaint Review & Resolution Timeline

  • All complaints and removal requests will be reviewed within seven (7) business days of submission.
  • If the content is found to violate our policies or applicable laws, it will be removed promptly.
  • If further information is required to process the request, we will contact the complainant for clarification.

Appeals Process

If a request for content removal is denied, the complainant has the right to appeal the decision.

  • Appeals must be submitted within seven (7) business days of receiving the decision.
  • Appeals can be sent via the same reporting channels listed above.
  • A secondary review will be conducted, and a final decision will be issued within seven (7) business days.

Potential Outcomes of a Review

Depending on the findings of the investigation, possible outcomes include:

  • Immediate removal of the reported content.
  • Request for additional verification or supporting evidence.
  • Denial of the request if the content does not violate applicable policies or laws.
  • Referral to a neutral dispute resolution body if disagreements persist.

Rights of Persons Depicted in Content

  • Any person depicted in content on this site has the right to request removal if they believe the content was posted without proper consent or if their consent is void under applicable law.
  • If such a request is made, we will investigate and determine the appropriate action within seven (7) business days.
  • If a disagreement arises, the matter may be escalated to a neutral arbitration body for resolution.
